I've led organizations ranging from 265 to 2,700 employees, managed P&L from $5M to $4.2B and controlled a $10.5B procurement budget as a Military Commander. After migrating to Canada, I built and sold a staffing franchise, achieving 36% year-over-year growth for five consecutive years.
