The Military Phase (15 Years) I served 15 years as a Commander in the Indian Navy. I led 265 people across multiple facilities. I managed a $105M procurement budget. I built systems that scaled across regions and survived personnel changes.
That's where I learned the most important lesson: Systems beat heroics. You can't rely on one person. You have to build infrastructure that works without you.
The Corporate Phase (3 Years) I moved into the corporate world as Group CEO of IKF Group (5 companies, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange). I synergized operations across five different businesses. I launched two $7M ventures from scratch. I learned how to manage complexity at scale.
The Business Owner Phase (7 Years) I built Express Employment Professionals from a single office to a $5M revenue branch with 36% year-over-year growth for five consecutive years. I learned what it feels like when growth outpaces your systems. I experienced the founder bottleneck firsthand.
